From June 17 to 20, the world of exhibitions and events gathered in the heart of Guadalajara, Mexico to celebrate the IFES World Summit 2025 -and in VA 361 Productions we were honored to be part of this historic moment.
It was not just any event. This year, IFES commemorated 40 years of historyinnovation and global collaboration in a city that perfectly represents the spirit of growth and transformation that defines our industry. Guadalajara welcomed us with open arms, with its unmistakable energy, creativity and a business scene that never ceases to amaze.

With the powerful slogan “Today’s Learnings, Tomorrow’s Sustainability”, the Summit focused on how accumulated knowledge and experience should propel us toward a more sustainable, efficient and inclusive future. During three intense days, we witnessed inspiring keynotes, panel discussions and conversations on the issues that are driving the pace of change:

Our presence: more connection, more impact
For us at VA 361 Productions, this Summit was much more than just an appointment on the agenda: it was an opportunity for us to showcasing our vision, learning from the best and building bridges with leaders around the world. Being present on this international stage reaffirms our commitment to excellence and to the growth of the LATAM sector, which today more than ever is projected as a key player in the global industry.
We had the privilege of making valuable connections, exploring new ways of collaboration and sharing experiences with colleagues from around the world. From technical talks to informal conversations over tacos and tequila, each meeting was a seed of working relationships that will be consolidated over time.
A gala that made history
One of the most memorable moments was, without a doubt, the Gala at Hospicio Cabañas. Surrounded by historic architecture and under an atmosphere of celebration, emotions, recognition and a clear vision were mixed: the future is built together.
What's next?
At VA 361 Productions we return home with new ideas, strategic alliances and the certainty that we are on the right track. The IFES World Summit 2025 was not only a milestone for the industry, it was also a confirmation that we are on the right track.
