The city of Osaka, with its vibrant mix of Japanese tradition and technological modernity, was the perfect setting for a new edition of the AGM (Annual General Meeting) of the AV Alliance. And it is that from April 14 to 17, 2025, Fran Gomez and Daniel Pycock attended representing the VA 361 Productions team, taking advantage of the opportunity to meet with the leaders and partners in the audiovisual sector at the prestigious Swissôtel Nankai Osaka.
Inspiration, Strategy and Community
AGM 2025 was officially inaugurated on Tuesday 15 with remarks by President Peter Muller. The day was marked by an intense and content-rich agenda.which highlighted topics such as the new strategy of the AV Alliance, the presentation of new members, and the expected launch of the AV Alliance Academya learning platform that marks a before and after in training within the sector.
Strategic Decisions and Collaborative Future
This event was undoubtedly crucial for the future of the AV alliance as board elections were held and leadership meetings were held. The day concluded with collaborative workshops where we share ideas and best practices that inspire us to continue evolving as a company. and as part of the AV Alliance network.
A Global Vision Closing
The following day, a visit was made to the headquarters of the future EXPO 2025 Osaka, an immersive experience that gave us a glimpse of the role technology will play in global events in the coming years. We closed the AGM with a farewell dinner at the Centara Grand Hotel Osaka, charged with emotion, gratitude and the promise of new shared projects.
