Sheila has a degree in International studies and has worked delivering events since 2007. She has wide experience in production of events, concerts and festivals both musical and audiovisual (cinema and poetry) from smaller scale (social events) up to large audiences (thousands of attendees).

She has wide knowledge in Audio, Lighting, Structures and Rigging this allows her to coordinate full events, from negotiation of riders with artists to understanding and fullfilling clients needs as well as managing the on site team. She has been part of the team at VA361 since 2016
